fizz ult doesn't really kill you unless you're low. Best to just let the shark attack if you are close, then flash the shark behind turret. or you could try side stepping. Usually that works too.

If you mean during lane, ward well for his roams bot so you can avoid it.

If you mean later on when the teams group up, don't frontline and you'll force him to try to weave his ult by your own frontliners which is much more difficult for him to do.

If neither of those work out for you I guess stopwatch into GA is probably for you earlier on than usual.
