Conq nerf when?
20% damage as true damage is broken af, esp champs like Garen and yi. Lost promos cause they had garen/yi with conq, which allowed them to basiacly ignore any of our tanks and just burst them down.

Hopefully never. Because it's not broken. It's actually put the game in a very solid state.
And you lost your promos because you are the worse player. I don't know what your rank is, and I'm not going to bother checking, but unless you are low/mid diamond and up, literally every single game you play is winnable.
unless you're a tank, the true damage isn't very much. it's the sudden ad steroid that makes it so strong.
