The S system is broken

Last game my friend went 22-1 as ezreal and got an A+. I've tweeted at riot support several times and they've just said "a better KDA always helps, but I feel this system is digustingly broken.

The system is fine. KDA is not the only thing that matters. 122 CS at 25 minutes is awful for an ADC. 0 pink wards as well. 9 wards is okay ish. Definitely not S tier level of warding for a 25 minute game.
