[gameplay]-in-game shop

Ever since late season 4 my in game shop has lagged an incredible amount. It gets to the point of completely freezing my game from 5 seconds up to a few minutes. It happens every game, but is more intense towards the late game. All I do is open the shop with P buy my stuff and close with P. Please help

The in game shop operates off of Internet Explorer, you may want to clear your browsing history on IE and update to the latest version, it could help. (this is what I've heard, anyway)
