Veigar's state in 5.2, post DFG

Any ideas or thoughts as of the moment Riot? You've shared some idea's for buffing Ahri such as the possibility of a ms buff with q, removing damage amp on e and putting it into her other spells, etc. All we really know for Veigar is that he is on top priority for compensation buffs, I'm grateful for this, what I'm worried about is, as another person put it dfg being THE item on Veigar, it's practically apart of his identity as a super nuker. It's when the tides turn in midlane, when you have the power to kill the enemy mid who has been making your life a living hell for the first six levels. What I'm curious is which way the winds gonna blow here, a rework, ratio buffs, stat buffs? I'm concerned he simply won't be... the same, after this change goes through, and that he might end up struggling as a result.
