Ealy Game Gold item for non support ?

There a lot of mid lane champions that needs items to be effective and reaches their true power spike late game and almost just wana farm so they get their items asap instead of having the goal of killing their lane opponents like mid assassins. There is not really any gold items that is viable for mid laners right now unless an assassin is getting yomuus where they can get a mid game avarice blade.. meh.. So i wish there was an first buy gold item similar the ones for supports.

Example of what i mean is..

X item

x mana regen (like spellthiefs and drans ring) x extra health (like the health from dorans ring or blade) either x gold per 10 or x extra gold per minion killed (similar to avarice blade)
