RIOT PLEASE! Small quality of life change for Zilean!

Let his ult be self cast!! By that I mean if I press alt + R I should get the ult on myself just like can with hers... I don't know how many times I've died pointlessly by an assassin jumping on me after I throw my bombs at a wave of minions because I cant move fast enough to hover over the annoying hit box that is my own champion. I never have to worry about it with any other champion, even E is self castable! So why is the ult not? It's not like its a super important part of his kit when he's played in mid lane or anything like that... >.> is already a pain in a lot of assassins sides because they blow their wad just to get his ultimate, but having to move your mouse back to your champion when a one shots you is nearly impossible, and even when I do I somehow overshoot and miss the ult anyway. Every other ability in the game that can be cast on yourself already is able to use alt cast so why not this one? is it an oversight? Is it intentional? And if it is, why? It's not like it'll make it impossible for a zilean to cast it on other people anymore... Riot please, do me this one favor...
