Able to Kick Champs Off Our Team?

Hey. I just play ARAM mainly. Dozens of reasons why I can't seem to enjoy the rift. ARAM is fun though. I like the inclusion of champions rarely seen and the opportunity to try champs I would never have played in rift. Some of the most heroic game play I've seen has involved the snowball and you can't get that on the rift.

At any rate. I've been noticing quite frequently that the champions get updated and because of the update they no longer are champs you think "nice" to yourself when they pop up after a roll. They are champs where you think, 'wow, this champion used to be so versatile and a legitimate threat and now they are so terribly less effective that they are no longer even fun to play'.

So my question becomes, since ARAM draws your game play champion from the pool of champions you own, is it possible to drop champions from our ownership? I understand this is not something any developer wishes to hear (or maybe they secretly do) however I am forced to ask. I want to disown some of my champions as I do not wish to play them in their current states. I find them lacking in competitive ability and subsequently sapping my amusement and demoralizing my enthusiasm to play again.

I'd even be willing to expend IP to get them off my team. I'll consider it my price to pay that in this day and age of new champions or revamped champions with zany, cool new abilities somehow I picked a loser who was actually made worse than they were before so they cannot keep up with all the other champions upgrades and now I just want them off my team.

I agree with you, although being able to shave off champions, in my opinion, would be more problematic than convenient. Picture playing against someone that's shaved off every champion possible just so they gain an incredibly inane advantage, I wish there was an option to sell champions. Of course at a much lesser price. This would balance some things and allow/encourage a player to choose wisely. I think your best bet at this points is to stack your rerolls as much as possible so you can avoid playing the champs you dislike.
