How come Zyra's plants don't proc Manaflow Band? They proc everything else

They proc keystones and other Runes They proc item effects They count as spells being blocked by

I just find it odd how tagging someone with a Q-plant will proc all of these things but it wont work with Manaflow Band.

It’s because Manaflow procs from hitting an enemy champ with a spell. Zyra’s plants are separate, as they are minions, not spells.

Theyre DoTs. Brand doesn't stack Tear from his passive damage even if its off CD and the damage applies Liandrys etc
