Mordekaiser is a great champion

I love 's design, lore, gameplay, and pretty much everything about him. His kit is amazing and intuitive; he feels great when you get ahead and he's still fun when you're behind. The problem is that he is almost completely non-viable due to the fact that he has absolutely NO cc or mobility. In order to make up for this, rushing a is almost necessary. That would be fine if not for the fact that it severely limits his play style.

The simple and easy way to fix Mordekaiser is just to add a slow to his E or W. He doesn't need a full rework, he doesn't even need a partial rework. All he needs is a single slow. would still be really good on him, since it would give the great permaslow on his ult, etc. but having built-in cc would allow you to build other things and potentially play in completely unique ways.

ALL of these champions except for Sivir and Mordekaiser have a dash/blink of some sort, and even Sivir has mobility on her ult. Mordekaiser is the only champion in the entire game with no cc or mobility. Adding mobility to Mordekaiser's kit doesn't work thematically or gameplay-wise, so the obvious thing to do would be adding some cc. I think putting a slow on his E would be the most reasonable thing to do, but I'm not on the balance team. If there's some better way to fix the problems, please do it.
