How Does This Work?

So... Found a new meta.

Known only as "The Medic Squad". It's basically the LoL equivalent of the Medic Chain in Team Fortress 2.

In Team Builder, invite a team full of people willing to do this:

1.) Play as a healer champ (Nami, Soraka, Sona, etc.)

2.) Everyone HAS to run Heal as one of their Summoner Spells.

3.) Everyone HAS to get a ASAP (this meta is only made possible by the recent update to its unique passive).

4.) Arrange everyone in the best possible way: suggested is at least a mid, bot, and an top.

This works best as a "2 top" thing, by the by.

But either way, once you've made the arrangements, have at it.

Honestly, I have to wonder how well it would work in Ranked.
