Kassadin's Q
Would it be overpowered if Kassadin's Q gave him a normal shield, as apposed to an only magic damage blocking shield? I personally find it frustrating when trying to trade with and AD mid or top laner, and my shield does nothing.

No he really need it i feel and a little more damage because without a silence he is not an anti mage at all so they should loss that theme and he is very weak most of the game so assassin should lose as well maybe ad bruiser.
