when people deside to feed

hello, i am 32 years old, that love the game, and started to play about 4 mounth ago. every couple of games i get stuck with a few "team members" that getting angry about something and destroy the game on porpose. they refuse to surrender even after they fed 30 times, and other team really enjoy so they are taking the time... now if i go afk i will get banned so i must suffer until the enamy team have mercy on us... now the worst thing is those players have multy accounts so they dont even care about punishment they only care about ago..." i wanted mid" my god!!! riot pls give us a way to accapt our team, and look on states of afk or something...it is getting so boring to play like that.
