u see a lux coming after whoevers slowed for the sure kill and the people that are spotted are running away as fast as possible. u see a team converging on the squishy that got slowed for 4 seconds by a point and click that was 1500 units away. u see they nerfed the mana regen when the slow was the broken part. u see riot games. i see balance.
