Rakan And Relic Shield
Is Rakan melee? Isn't he supposed to get an execute on minions when using the item passive, or is he classified as ranged? I am legit confused.

If your autoattack range is between 125 and 250, you are melee.
If your autoattack range is between 300 and 650 (or higher), you are ranged.
Rakan's autoattack range is 300, so he is ranged.
rakan is ranged but when he ults he loses 250 range so he doesn't auto attack instead of charming them during this time he is considered melee its not that useful information buts its info

Rakan (like Thresh) is classified as a ranged champion. Sure Tahm can use Relic, but his auto attack range is shorter by a good number.

Rakan has the lowest auto range out of all the ranged supports so tbh I don't see why they don't just make him melee so he can use Relic better.
My bf takes Relic on him, it works you just have to be good at last hitting.
rakan is ranged. but his Q works as a pretty good execute long as you manage your mp well.
