Dear Riot, Do you even care about Zac and Urgot anymore? Seriously.

I ask this because every time I see a patch note come out I have this excitement in my belly hoping to see an Urgot buff or a new Zac skin, but to no avail so I am hoping to get a serious answer from a riot member. Are there some champions you guys just honestly say..."Eh, why mess with champions who no one uses when we can just give all of our love to the meta champions" I want to know if Riot still cares about these guys or if they will be stuck in limbo for the next 10 years..urgot is well on his way.
