A way to make all champions viable
I am focusing this mostly on the jungle because it is a big meta setter right now. I hope you read all of this and if you do not want to TL:DR is at the bottom. Thank you so much to all who do read everything.
Anyways, the monsters in the jungle do tons of damage. (Phreak must have slipped the raptors an RP card.) The same goes for all champs. Just about every neutral jungle buff as of season five have been hitting harder and have also in turn been more rewarding. So a tanky jungler or a jungler with lots of sustain like Olaf, for example, can clear the jungle without too much worry. A champion like Wukong or Nocturne who are by no means bad champions are nowhere near as resistant as a Sejuani when it comes to absorbing hits from a magic poisonous toad spitting in your face. So the way I propose this issue be fixed is to have a jungle buff like Gromp do less damage to Nocturne or Wukong early game and do more damage to a Sejuani for example. So at level 1 - level 3 Gromp might do 100 damage on hit to Sejuani. For A champion like Nocturne or Wukong who can't handle that damage would take less damage like 80 for example. Then later in the game either by champion level or time itself the damage might be equal for both Sejuani and Wukong. This way it does not nerf the buffs so Sejuani or Olaf can run through the jungle and barely take damage, it also does not make it so a Wukong or Nocturne is not forced to farm until 6 or be unable to gank for their team because they are behind the other jungler due to slow clear time, weakness, or just being unable to clear the jungle. Also, this does not make that champion OP and able to clear the jungle easily either. It just makes it so that champions can survive and hold its own throughout the game. This way no champion jungling is strong enough to the point where they should not be farming neutral buffs and be an aggressive lane bully. Or weak enough to the point where it is almost impossible to play well.
A point I want to make with this is that it is not meant to put more champions in competitive play and make them superstar picks. This is just a way for League to feel more diverse and relly make the player have the power to pick a champion in a role and not have to worry about them not being helpful to the team or unable to stay caught up or get ahead of the enemy.
TL:DR for you lazy people; Jungle monsters do different amounts of damage to different champions and eventually by late game will be the same to allow more picks and champs to be considered viable. Also, it allows the player to feel like they have more options in champ select and are not forced to pick one of the same 10 champions every game. This is not made so more champs are played competitively and dominate over others, but it opens the door for who can be picked where, and not only allows more diversity to your typical game, but it also makes sure that no one champ is easier/harder than another, rather allowing all champions to scale and perform well and not be thrown behind and be no help to the team.
