I'm aiming to be an ADC main, and I'm wondering what makes a good ADC.
Obviously there are
(and more of course but these are some most popular), I want to know what off-picks are still viable in the ADC spot? And why? What really makes an ADC an ADC? I know 
is AP but I feel like he could still hold his own in the position, but maybe I'm wrong?

Selegun1 votesI got to support one a few months back. It was fun but if I remember correctly there was significant mana problems early.
As long as you can find someone willing to learn and improve with you I'd say try what you like. Aside from that, don't plan on dragging it into ranked without that friend as those players don't often have teamwork on their minds when they see you trying something different.
OneMustFall1 votesWell you can't be an ADC without building AD technically. I'm sure you could make APC Azir work bot lane but it's kind of bad not to have a marksman of some sort on your team. Not sure how AD Azir would work...
are decent off-meta picks that can work while building AD on them. I think 
used to be viable but not so much anymore from my experience.
reaperteaser1 votesad anivia, nami and janna are hilarious if you can figure it out. i once teamed up with a good jungler who my triends told to take janna jgl, he recked. enemy thought it was a troll pick and underestimated him.
