2 patches now and rageblade is still a garbage item.

Get your shit together and please stop leaving an entire class of champions in the dark. Attack speed fighters have been in an atrocious state since 6.9, its time for you to take a serious look at rageblade. Give the item some attack speed without stacks and make it stack faster for melee like the old rageblade so it isnt just strictly better on ranged champs.

I cant bare to look at xin top stats on champion.gg anymore. 42% winrate is fucking disgusting.
