Ranked Promos

I am super curious why riot decides to suddenly place unranked people in your matches during promos. You would think that a company as big as Riot would take a step back and look at the state of their game. You mean to tell me that no one not even a intern thought up the idea to ban unranked players from other players promos. Its a bit unfair when you grind your ass off to get climb the ladder and the suddenly two brand new players are in your lobby. If you dodge, you lose the promo match. If you stick with it you most likely will be dragged into a 30 min game where your bot lane feeds like crazy and has no real concept on how to play the game. I know people will say "But they'll eventually get put into the proper rank". Which doesnt solve the immediate issue. Nor does it prevent them from spending like $20.00 on another unranked account hoping to get carried to a higher ello. I truly believe that doing this one simple change will make everyone feel at least a little better going into a promo match. I also feel it would help keep the really bad players from getting lucky and placing in a way higher tier. I inserted my op.gg into the fourm for those of you who want check my account and tell me how bad I am XD. But also so you can check my match history and see what I mean. TLDR- Preventing Unranked people from joining promo matches should have been done in S1. But here we are.
