By taking the insperation tree 2nd you are guaranteed to save 900 Gold. 900 Gold, that means just for clicking a rune you started the game with 900 gold on your opponent while they have to struggle to build items.

they are moving stopwatch and boots into the same rune tier so you are forced to choose between them, on the pbe. since they are nerfing footwear by 50g i will probably just choose stopwatch.

What if you couldn't upgrade the Stopwatch from Rune into anything else? Since its effectively a single use Zhonya's AND 800 gold.
