Did Riven really need a buff?

Like wtf goes on at Riot? Do you guys look for the most cancer champs in the game and say "Hey, people hate this retard champ, what a great time to buff her". Although the buff was minimal, it was enough for her to 3 shot me at lvl 1 without ignite. Yes every Riven main will say shes not broken, well you're dumb because she is. Nerf this cancer champ like Akali was nerfed and this game will start to become slightly balanced.
