Fizz, Riven, Akali 3 champions that need the biggest nerfs or a little rework to make it a little harder for them to get fed. They all require the skill level of a Bronze 2 player, for them to get fed is very simple. Rework Fizz and Akali to give them a skillshot of some sort. Rework Riven, take away her stun, a champion with that much burst should not have 2 forms of cc, no other champion has that.

Bro, Akali is in a terrible place now that her w doesn't proc her Q. The buff she got does NOTHING for her burst damage. Akali is a burst assassin so being able to spam e really doesn't help her all that much. Fizz is in a good place right now. He's pretty strong, but he's easy to counter, ESPECIALLY in this tank meta.
Riven you might have an argument for, but most of the time you can take garen top and rek her. She has a lot of weaknesses to exploit. She can 5v1 late game if she's fed, but who can't? She has enough counterplay.

Yeah, fizz's ult is a skill shot and none of the rest of his skills are ranged. Either you have no idea how these champs work or. . .no, never mind, that's the only option.

Syndra has a Slow and a Stun, which are two forms of CC and Syndra has the highest burst of any champion. Also, Riven only bursts if you feed her early. Don't do that and she kinda tickles later in the game.
