Tilting a lot

Hey yall, im a silver 2 player from Euw, and currently im maining garen. Lately i ve been having issues in my ranked gameplay, i got demoted to silver II with a huge losing streak, and it tilts me every time i think about it. Basically what is happening is that i ve been losing a lot of games, however i almost always win my lane. I feel like garen is really team dependent, and i always like rotating a bit after getting a couple kills in lane, but man. Then i get braindead mates who make me wonder why the fuck did they got to silver. If you have any advice, i would be appreciated, if i lose one more game im silver 3 :/
