Launcher buried as hell

So lately my lol launcher has been all fucked up. Its laggy and sometimes i cant lock in my champion, or ban, it gets extremely laggy and delays a lot. When i can actual lyrics get in the loading screen, i cant conect or i have really high ping. Help would really apreciated if u know something that can fixe this please comment im fraaking out.
