Jinx needs a large nerf .

I believe Jinx needs a nerf with a passive movement speed. it honestly makes the game a horrible playing experience for me because I play in tournaments but I've always lost to Jinx because of her damaging ratio her q passive in minigun/rocket It honestly makes me want to leave league because she ruins my playing time. If you believe Jinx needs a legit nerf tell me.
