How does Riot choose to nerf and buff a champion, is it based on actual games and watching people play the champions people are "QQing" over, and see if they're actually weak or too overpowered, or are they just tired of people complaining about a certain them?
Pika3103 votesThe "balance" and "rework" teams make decisions solely based on their own personal desires. Weak champions get huge nerfs to force them into unplayability 
, whilst powerful "crowd-pleaser" type champs see nothing, but buffs until they manage to stifle out any competition 
It's been this way for a looooong time now. At least 8 months, but probably for well over a year or more.

Godaren1 votesTo be fair the bottom 3 have very high skill caps. Sion was oppressive in lane veigar was toxic point click to win. Only one I have a problem with is nidalee.
Raise Dongrs2 votesWhy does this matter? Is there a legitimate problem you're having? Are you sad you're not seeing Fizz anymore? Are you disappointed that Veigar is being played the way he was SUPPOSED to be played? There is no overly dominant unbeatable monster champ rolling around, so who gives a shit about some changes that you don't agree with? Nothing's game-breaking, so why is there a problem? I actually like Veigar more after these changes, and if that classifies me as a masochist in your book, then so be it. But I think these changes are both necessary and positive no matter how many misinformed players self-entitled 'important' opinions stand against it
