My (WINDOWS 10) mouse sensitivity changes every time I load into a league game

This is a weird phenomenon and please don't say I'm hitting a DPI button (my DPI stays the same). My Windows 10 mouse sensitivity goes up and down every time I open League.

I always have it at 7 and when I launch league it goes up to 10 or down to 6. This is really frustrating and obviously affects my game unless go through my windows settings.

Does anyone have a fix? It happens to one of my friends too.
