The recent blitz change were neccesary and present no problem , my only concern is with he's Q. Every blitz player remember that time he finally landed a grab on ezreal/tristana just to see them blink/jump away while the grab is STILL ATTACHED to them and that is because they casted the spell a milisecond before the grab hit. how frustrating is that ?
Considering you shouldn't use your pull until he's used it anyways. It's your fault for not poking it out of him.
I'm talking about your adc needs to poke it out of him. You and your adc are the same person basically. You are nothing without eachother.
You never get a chance to poke him because he just runs to his tower when his pull is on cooldown. And no one wants to stand anywhere near him when his pull is up. Blitzcrank is just way too safe for the utility he provides his team.
