I did diamond as a Illaoi main

Please don't buff her to much, the 6.9 changes seem great but her E cd is really high if you dont build cdr or max it pretty early into the game. Miss E mean you will be pretty useless until its up again and you will have to freeze the top lane h24. The lack of engage make her HEAVY flash reliant, allow her to use a tentacle as a gap closer (use them as an elastic and jump into ennemy).
