Well the title said what I want to know XD... I'm a sup main and I would like to influence games more and I learnt warding and roaming is the best ways to improve my overall performance so I wanted to know what sup champs are good roamers so I can help other lanes win 2.
Pyke and Bard.
But with mobi boots (which most supports build anyway), it does enable them to influence other lanes pretty quickly.
Champs w/ catch/engage do well roaming from support.

can roam then toss a lantern into the JG for his jg to take for a 3man.

No, no, NO. Playing an adc with these is hell. Win your lane, that's more important. Do not abandon your adc. You're not "spreading your influence", you're throwing your primary late game carries farm under the bus. Roaming requires opportunity - and is better into the midgame after a turret has gone down and there's more room for farming.
Yuumi is da best.
From a kit standpoint, Bard and Pyke were designed to roam with high mobility on Pyke and Bard gaining chimes along the way for a roam.
