Lane carrying slightly easier than jungler carrying.

sometimes as a jungler you are faced with the impossible decision of ganking which ever lane sucks least. Top is like 0/5, mid lane is AFK, and bot lane is like 0/20. It makes being a jungler carry hard. But if you are a laner, and if you are winning your lane, you can keep pressure, you are atleast 1/3 lanes that is winning, and your jungler can sit back relax, and just keep farming. (not really 100% but its easier)

nope, because then you're stuck top lane. your lane opponent then builds full tank and is still relevant while your other lanes have been destroyed, are irrelevant, and you get rolled in fights with perfect aces. gg.

YOur jungler can help the other lanes though, you just need to keep your top laner occupied. or in mid lane for example, fizz, annie, zed, can easily carry other lanes and one shot fed adcs etc

If you're winning top lane and your enemy laner is building full tank, that's the perfect time to roam mid or start chipping his turret (after warding so you dont get ganked) . This is assuming you aren't strong enough to tower dive the top laner (Lane bullies like riven and renekton can usually dive).

but the assumption is that your laner will be less useful than you when building full tank. That's not always the case.

Winning doesn't mean you are 10-0 with a 50 CS lead. The more typical "winning lane" in my elo (assuming non-boosteds) is 2-0 with a 15 cs lead. That's not nearly strong enough for most laners to start solo diving an opponent who built full tank or to 1v2.
