Seeking Improvement

So I have been playing Jungle now for a long time. Been stuck in silver a longer time and I am starting to see things from a different perspective from when I started. If I see an inkling of the enemy jungle top I got for a dragon or bot lane play. I use the timers to best of my abilities to figure out locations. I am warding a lot more but it doesn't seem to be enough. Is it a champion's now that I am playing jungle? I can play most of them is their some champion I should prioritize over others? I am just looking for guidance here in this situation. I never can seem to climb out of silver all the way. I don't know where my mechanical skills are at really. I play for a team but I want to find some success in solo as well so I am just looking for input and advice from the seasoned players willing to help a guy out.
