Seeking a Mid

We found a top lane that we are going to help mold into a good top lane. At least we'll do our best to teach him what we can about the game that we know. None of us are pros or really challenger or Master anything. But now we need one last piece of the puzzle to complete our team. We need a mid laner who can play well and isn't going to rage. We understand everyone has bad games and don't mind teaching someone if they want to learn. But when teaching we have rules as me and my co-owner of the team dealt with this before. Take what we are saying to heart and try to understand we aren't doing anything to be mean. We are just giving pointers and who knows some stuff that works for us may not for you. Everyone in league's got their own play style and method. But we are seeking a mid at this point and will be watching this thread for people as well as watching adds.
