/remake thought concerning premade 4 + 1 solo

One thought I recently had about /remake was about the situation of a 4-man premade + 1 solo, where a member of the premade was afk. Not sure if the tech is there to support this idea, but: If a member of a 4-man premade is afk and the solo player wishes to use /remake, no vote is needed and /remake is activated. Reason I think this needs to be implemented or at least considered is I find it highly unlikely that members of a premade group are going to vote to do a remake. Especially in the (I think I have this right) Diamond tier where if a /remake is used the entire premade suffers a penalty. I would also suggest that if this is implemented, the solo player becomes unable to be reported in the end-game chat to prevent revenge from the premade team.
