Warwick Mains - Warwick and New Thornmail (Current Patch)

So I am curious. Aside from the recent update to Thorn-mail, does this balance out WW's ability to Lifesteal like that of an ADC (Q or R or Q+R, insert other combo's here)?

For Warwick mains, Does this hurt WW too much as is?

I'm curious as I have recently begun to play Warwick last patch and wanted to know how this affects him in terms of Life stealing.
