The hextech gem system needs to be looked at. There's very little a player can do to increase their odds of getting gems, even if you're willing to pay money for the skin the price of enough chests for a gem drop is absolutely unreasonable.

Money makes this game go round, but I remember it being players. Now they're greedy because. That skin is not worth more than Arclight Vayne.
