I don't know why riot hasn't started selling covers for profiles.

So you know the picture of the summoner that has electricity flowing from his hand to an orb that is on your profile unless you have an ultimate skin icon equipped? I think that riot should make splash art covers that you could purchase in the shop, there could be skin splash arts, champion splash arts, or maybe some special background pictures that they could make up specifically for the purpose of it being the cover picture on your profile. I just thought that this is something riot would make a lot of money off of by doing and that it would be cool to have a more customize-able profile besides your icon and mastery levels.
