What should I buy with 1428 RP?

I have no clue what to get, i want to buy a new champion but I want a skin for them too which I prob can't afford both.

If you don't know what to buy, I'd recommend not spending it on anything until a skin comes out for your favorite champ(s) or something. Buying something just because you can isn't as good as buying something you really want later.

Don't buy champions with RP, it's a waste.

The Star Guardian skin line is about to be expanded. Wait until you see what champions get skins in that line before making your decision.

There's 2 rules to spending RP and the first rule is never spend RP on a champion.
