Rito Pls: Champion Roles

I know a lot of people are having a hard time understanding why a tank can 1v1 and ADC or why an assassin can tank a turret as they 1v1 and sometimes even 1v3. I think Riot needs to more closely define their Roles and evaluate whether champions actually fit the definition.

Weigh in your opinions on this, but in my opinion these should be the definition of each role:

Assassin: Glass Cannon. They deal large amounts of damage but can be killed relatively easily. This is why their high mobility would be essential. However, they shouldn't have hard CC. With their slippery mobility, if they have hard CC and shields, then what separates them from the Mages and Supports? Their tremendous damage.

Tank: Damage Soakers. They should be able to withstand more than normal amounts of damage while providing some sort of CC or utility to the team. The should not be able to 1v1 an ADC or do large amounts of damage.

Fighters: Should be able to withstand normal amounts of damage and dish out a good amount as well. They should have a means to keep themselves healthy and a way to close the gap with skill.

Mage: They should have sustainable damage with some utility or CC. They should not hit as hard as an assassin.

Support: They should have a good amount of utility or CC. They should not deal as much damage as any other role but still have the option to deal some damage or be tanky.

ADC/Marksman: Should deal sustained damage while being able to lifesteal or critical hit. They should not be able to deal as much damage with their abilities as a Mage, and should not be able to damage as much as an assassin.

This doesn't apply to people who are super fed. I believe super fed should be a 5 kill advantage though.
