Cho'Gath Ult Stoneplate Fix.

Alright, so we know that this Chogath....thing, has been a pain since item 3193 was released and he got that extra change on his E. Of course, Riot doesn't seem to be doing much about it, so, while randomly watching a video about Cho, I came up with an idea. His Ult damage shouldn't scale with his health. Make it scale with his ult stacks, similar to his E. This way, Stoneplate doesn't affect him anymore. Will this hurt him..Ya. But, I can't think of much else since riot seems to not care much about this interaction. If its still not good enough (I mean it should be, but you never know..) Then make it so the extra damage he gets from ult stacks is capped, but yet his health from ult would still be infinite. Thats my two cents on it all. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Here is the problem. Riot doesn't the deem the interaction between Cho'Gath and Stoneplate a problem. In fact, they are happy with the "unique" interaction between them.

What kind of cocaine they've been on during this year's patches is beyond me. They also think it's find that Nasus' Q in the last game has less than 2 second cooldown with his ult saying "It should be scary when a juggernaut gets close to you." Like what in the hell????
