Ornn's Horns.
So, a question for a rioter. I'm gonna be guessing that the horn changes on the PBE happened before this spotlight, and his teaser thing. Am I correct in assuming that? I do prefer the newer horns then the old ones, but just curious.

Yes, these were filmed before we updated the horns. The updated horns will be what goes live on Ornn.
The champion spotlight was made with the old horns. I don't think they'd make new horns more fitting of Ornn's splash art just to revert back to the old ones.
