Spectate filter options please

I'll like to see filter options with spectate please.

Examples:

Champions: I want to be able to search certain champions only to see how other people play said class.

Ranks: Hide the names if you like, but sometimes i find watching bronze is more entertaining then diamond.

Time frame into game: I'll like to see games before laning starts and not 15 mins into the game.
