Rengar top?

He destroys and counterpicks most carry top laners with the exception of riven, since they cant escape a ferocity E and he then combos them and auto wins the trade, also is notable for having the best tport roams of any top laner bar hecarim.

every single rengar top i've seen does horrid, they have a poor KDA, dont abuse their brush leaps, and dont last hit at all, they play solely for blood and it rarely works out for them as their opponent builds armor and suddenly rengar just loses when behind and especially when he cant pop his opponent.

but overall if they dont rush armor first then i do see rengar winning a lot of matchups like GP, fiora, kennen, jayce, maokai(maybe, probably skill) so it should be a viable option to stick him top.

but (my god, the amount of top rengars that dont CS is too much, and they always go negative)
