One of the stats is 15% heal and shield power. This is a...

#NORMAL STAT AND THEREFORE STACKABLE!

So this Vlad had +75% heal power, and Grievous wounds wasen't cutting it.

#But please RIOT you do not need to PUNISH SUPPORT.

Simply put the % of heal under a Unique name so it won't be stackable by champions who can abuse it.

No doubt in my mind that this will be nerfed at some point. I still believe that mikaels and censer should stack, but they should not be able to stack with themselves. I am very happy now that censer is a decent item.

doesnt work like that. his "shield" just just a resistance buff that looks like a bubble. cencer only buffs health shields. and not mordes either.

Janna has both a shield and the heal on her ultimate. Beyond that, I can't think of any.

Vlad was under 40% health with GW on him and it just took 1 Q to bring it all back...

I wanted to cry, because at that point I realized there was no hope against him..

Just by looking add that teamcomp, their was nothing they could have done against vlad. Probaly only karma bought GW in the lategame.

I was the twitch.

I bought item 3033 after my ghostblade and boots. At first, it was working well. We were winning, but then vlad finished his Ardents and he became too much for even me to sit on him.

Is this from the prenerfed vlad? Or the current vlad. Since they changed his passive a little bit. That could explane his health bar with no health items with still providing that much self healing.

The easiest fix to make the stat exclusively support: Heal/Shield Power only applies to heals and shields on OTHERS.

Current vlad, he also had Windspeakers on.

After I got GW he fell off hard but when he started getting more ardent censors the less and less GW affected him..

I just went into a game with Janna. Only had 1 ardent and 1 forbidden idol since they surrendered, but my fucking shield shielded half my hp. What the fuck. My shield would've shielded more than my base hp if i got to finish my build LOL. Think about my aoe healing ult too..
