QoL: Preserve item hotkeys for active items upon completion

Items with an active should retain their respective item slot (and thus their hotkey) while upgrading, i.e. when I upgrade my bilgewater cutlass in the 6th slot, my blade of the ruined king that I just built should appear in the 6th slot as well.

It's really sad to lose a close fight and then notice that your Bork didn't go off because it randomly switched places when you upgraded it.

This sounds like a good change to me. I thought it just went to the first open slot or the first slot with some of the components in it so it's easy to play around, but that probably would reduce some frustration and that's always a good thing.
