Nidalee [W] and Mystery Skin changeup

This is a weird request but it seems that Nidalee W does absolutely nothing but ward bushes and mark enemy. I wanna request a change of her W effects. give it a lasting time limit of 2/2/3/3/5 min and offer it a 2 second % slow of 20/25/30/40/50

Also to give the 975 above only mystery skin a better incentive, please make exclusive mystery skins to that cost line. I don't mean the limited availability type skins that's still obtainable threw regular mystery skins, i'm talking skins introduced and only available to get via the 975+ mystery skin
