I am almost certain that I will not be able to solo blue anymore after gromp as evelynn after the q nerf.

You should not have any issues for the first leash that you did not encounter last patch. Level 4 and up is when the damage nerf takes effect.
They.screwed eve hard. Real hard. There is literally no point playing her because she brings nothing to the team. Same thing happened in 4.13
She got gutted, and no one touched her. They made her even weaker than in s4. Yeah... she won't see any play and of course, riot never listens to the community.

In other news, I seriously LOVE playing Eve jungle right now. I actually got 2 pentakills in 2 different games, and even I can admit she's really sub-par if you don't gank early and manage to salvage a kill from it before 4th back.
If they nerf her q again, I'm probably just gonna move on to my other favorite jungler Vi and not look back... which I really don't want to do.

- Make sure you are using the right runes and masteries.
- The nerfs were more for her mid to late game depending if you max Q first.
