I am almost certain that I will not be able to solo blue anymore after gromp as evelynn after the q nerf.

Her level 1 hate spike was untouched ml
You should not have any issues for the first leash that you did not encounter last patch. Level 4 and up is when the damage nerf takes effect.
They.screwed eve hard. Real hard. There is literally no point playing her because she brings nothing to the team. Same thing happened in 4.13
She got gutted, and no one touched her. They made her even weaker than in s4. Yeah... she won't see any play and of course, riot never listens to the community.
I actually tried Evelynn last night. I could barely get red, even WITH a leash.
can u link surrender at 20 pls. i cant find this
- Get a leash
- Make sure you are using the right runes and masteries.
- The nerfs were more for her mid to late game depending if you max Q first.
