When is Riot deleting the Marksman category?

Right? I always still use marksmen bot. They are just too much fun. Plus I’m solo queue the enemy forgets they aren’t pros so it’s easy to abuse their lack of knowledge in the new meta.

They're only played that frequently because people still haven't adapted to the fact that "hey, this class is useless right now".

Give it a bit more time. Another couple weeks. Especially once Spear of Sojin hits live, and they have the perfect item to rush to make ADCs do 0 damage on every single attack they have.

They're still played in 95% of the games but if you check winrates, nearly everything else under the sun bot lane is doing better than them. You have to get all the way down to Xayah before you find an ADC who is building crit anymore. And once you hit Xayah, who is right at a 50% win rate, you nosedive hard into the swath of ADCs who have a below 50% wr. Sometimes they have well below a 50% wr, like Tristana. Most of the ADCs you're still seeing are Lucian and Kaisa and Ezreal. None of the others are even remotely viable.
