Abyssal Sceptre Changes
Okay so I think that the passive should not stack with immolate since sunfire and scepter would work ridiculously well together with lots of suvivability and free damage out the wazoo. With that in mind I think the build path should be Bami's cinder and a new item that gives AP and MR, this item should build out of Amp tome and Null magic mantle. This would also create an item to use as a staging ground for a new caster AP/MR item as i believe riot is planning such a thing.
